Meghan, or more commonly known as “Josie’s Daughter”, has been an Innisfail local most of her life, with her family living in the region for over 120 years.
Meghan started in Insurance when Cyclone Larry hit NQ in March 2006, as part of the CGU Claims Team. She loved working in Insurance from the start, and went onto work for Elders in Innisfail before l then a stint in Brisbane working as an Assistant Assessor for Cunningham Lindsay before moving onto Crawfords. She then decided to return home to Innisfail and worked as a receptionist at a local Accounting firm before returning to Insurance working at NQIB for 5 years then moved across the road to Rivers in mid-2025.
In her spare time, she loves getting involved in any arts and crafts, particularly using criuct machine and vinyl acrylic designs. She also volunteers for Mother’s Day Classic (MDC) raising funds for Breast and Ovarian Cancer research.
Some how, she manages all of that, whilst making time for her 3 year old daughter and husband !
