Patricia’s insurance career began in the very late 1980s, cutting her teeth with Sedgwick in Sydney, a start that gave her a solid grounding in the fundamentals of risk and client service that still shapes how she works today.
What she enjoys most is sitting down with clients and genuinely understanding their business, walking through the risks they face and helping them see the full picture. From there, it’s about finding the right path forward, whether that’s tightening up risk management practices on the ground or transferring the exposure through the right insurance policy. She’s always up for a good challenge, and enjoys getting stuck into work.
Outside of work, Patricia likes to unwind with a good book, and can usually be found outdoors with her dog, Trouble, close by or socialising with friends.
