Can’t resist a chance to go camping in the outback
Now a Grandfather, literally and within the insurance industry, Tom has been at the insurance game since 1988. He has held varied roles as Risk Surveyor, Loss Assessor, Agent then Insurance Broker. He believes the most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with clients and solving their problems.
When away from insurance, he enjoys remote 4wd touring & camping, and is always up for a trip in his modified Amarok. He is very partial to single malt whisky, (after all camping without whisky is just sitting in the bush). He has been known to break into Banjo Patterson recitation around the campfire.
His playing days have long past but loves watching rugby union & cricket (NOT T20), and cooking (both at home and campfire).
