Helen Zeniou grew up in Cyprus discovering the powerful connection between people, family, food, and happiness.

This passion for bringing people together through a love of great food is what lead Helen to cook delicious homemade Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as lasagnes, pastries, and quiches for local cafes.

They have grown to become Australia’s leading provider of premium quality handmade savory and sweet food to cafes, delis, restaurants, hotels and beyond across the country.

People were immediately attracted to the traditional flavors of these handmade, premium quality dishes. Word of mouth quickly spread and the rest they say is history.
