Dale has been in the insurance industry since 2001, where he begin his career in sales. Over the years he has worked with underwriters, insurers and brokerages. This included different roles in sales, claims, business development manager, and commercial broking. He took a short break for a couple of years and had a venture in Real Estate, but the insurance industry managed to drag him back in. His family is everything to him he has a beautiful partner, little girl, and a sooky dog. He is extremely active and keeps busy working on the garden, starting a new DIY home project, playing sports, going for long walks or good old socialising with friends. He also volunteers some time to the RSPCA each year.
