Lucy was part of the IOOF Insurance Brokers team that joined Rivers in May 2024. Prior to this she worked in a bank for 26 years.
She strives to provide strong customer service to clients and members of the Rivers team as well as delivering quality, fast and accurate work which builds relationships.
Outside of work she likes all things plants, including Lego Botanicals, planty jewellery and crochet. She also lovescrochet which she often gifts to friends and family.
