Sarah has a Certificate III in Financial Services and Diploma of Business (TAFE Queensland). She started in insurance in 2007, working for a direct insurer. During my 10 years there, she gained a high level of insurance knowledge & experience across varied roles in Motor & Property Claims, Supply Chain, Property Assessing, Training & Leadership.
She has experience leading teams and was Head Client Relationship Manager for IOOF Insurance Brokers managing the Claims, Administration & Inhouse Broking Teams. Her role evolved into Operations & Compliance Manager. She believes that being compliant is easy when you have the right framework in place.
When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with my husband, kids & 2 rescue dogs. She likes to combine her love for wine & travel, getting to as many wine regions as possible.
